Who am I?

My name is Antonio, but many people call me by my Hebrew name that is “Ahrak Gabar”. That means, “Patient Warrior”. My dream is to grow a community of strong, confident, and respectful people that also know how to defend themselves. My goal is to serve others by strengthening their mind, body, and spirt.

Proverbs 16:32 reads “He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.”

This biblical scripture is the passion that centers Patient Warrior Fitness. It is a good thing for a person to be strong, powerful, and in control. However, it is much better to be compassionate, patient, and have self-control. At Patient Warrior Fitness I encourage member to do both.
