In-Person Personal Training

Private One-on-One

Private personal training sessions are just you and the trainer. 100% of the attention is on you. This option of training is usually best for people that want fast results, have specific or restrictive training needs, or they just prefer the one on atmosphere. This option is the most expensive, but it also has the highest level of customization and flexibility.

Shared Semi-Private

Semi Private sessions are personnel training times that are shared between 2-3 people. The trainer rotates between people while correcting their form and adjusting the exercises as needed for each individual. This option cost less than private personnel training, but you get far more attention then you would in a group class while still having that social atmosphere that brings a bit more energy to the room.

The three main benefits of Personal Training are: Knowledge, Accountability, and Motivation. With access to my online fitness program, you get all three.

Knowledge: That comes down to, “what exercises should I do?” In the personal training world, this is called "Programing". Having a structured workout plan to follow and a way to track your results will increase your chances of achieving your fitness goals. You don’t have to think about what exercise to do anymore. Accountability: This is having someone that will keep you focused and remind you of your goals. Do you struggle with sticking to a routine or staying consistent? Through my app you will be given daily and weekly goals along with weekly check ins with me to track your progress. You also can track your calories and receive meal plans.

Motivation: We all can use an extra push and encouragement. Not only will you get motivated by me, but you also will be added to my exclusive Facebook community.
